Hello. This app is designed to help you develop Presence. In order to break the cause-dependent chain of thoughts several times a day and free up space for awareness.
Create an array of messages that you would like to receive from yourself throughout the day. They will come along with reminders to be awareness. Specify what time your day starts and ends, select the number of reminders and the sound with which you will have a strong association.
A space with customizable ambient music will help you relax and reflect. In the future, this section will be updated with new ambient sessions. And the space for internal transformation called “Trees” will help you form the desired habits and achieve your goals.
